  • How do I earn reward points?
    Once you register with our free program, points are earned with every purchase made. For every dollar you spend, you will receive 5 reward points. You will also earn 10 points, simply by registering.
  • How do I redeem my reward points?
    When you earn enough points to redeem a reward, you will see it in My Rewards page on your site, as well as an automated email. Simply click Get Coupon and copy a code to apply at checkout.
  • How do I know how many reward points I have?
    When you login to your account, you can click on My Rewards, to see how many you have.
  • Do my earned reward points expire?
    No.
  • Can I earn reward points when I buy online and in your store?
    Yes. When you make a purchase in our store, you must include your name and email address so that the points are allocated to your account.
  • Can I redeem my points in combination with other discounts?
    No, you will only have the ability to enter one coupon code upon checkout. Save your points for the next time!
  • What happens to my points if I make a return?
    When you make a return, your points for the returned amount are removed from your account as well.
  • What are the benefits of joining your Reward Program?
    First of all, you'll receive 10 reward points just for registering with us. You'll also have a faster checkout experience, easy access to your order history and priority access to our pre-orders and new collections.
  • Can I earn reward points if I'm not registered as a member?
    Yes, you can. You will still earn points with each purchase, but they will only be redeemable when you register with our reward program.
  • Can I give my earned points to a friend?
    How kind of you :) Yes, if you'd like to give your points to someone else simply contact us at lemontree@gto.net and we will help you with this.
